Biography

Following ten years in private practice in Salt Lake City, Dr. Phillips served as Director of Research at the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research then at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic where he then served as President in 1990 – 2008. Dr. Phillips has over 60 book chapters and articles in peer-reviewed publications. He has been a member of the WFC Research Council since it was formed in 1988.

Dr. Reed Phillips received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago in 1973 and his Diplomate from the American Board of Chiropractic Radiology in 1976. He subsequently obtained an MSc in Community Medicine and a PhD in Sociology from the School of Medicine, University of Utah.
